If only the fishing was as hot as the weather last week. Despite the heat, five anglers managed to wet their lines two days last week before the heat and humidity forced them indoors. Here's the summary:
Monday August 9th
Five anglers visited Casey's hoping the deep water might help land a fish that would topple Tim from atop the leader board. It didn't. Some thought catfish bait might help. It didn't Some thought spinner baits might help. It didn't

Tuesday August 10th
The anglers went back to old faithful (MI-10) and the fish were biting and jumping. Both Tim and Steve were rewarded with a single fish. Chuck managed three fish on the hook and one on the shore. Alas, it was not to be. Ask him about it.Here's the creel count:
